Age: 8 years old
Sex: Male (neutered)
Brad is a high-energy dog who loves competing in agility events. As a senior athlete, maintaining his mobility and physical condition is essential to keeping him active, comfortable, and competitive. When Brad first came to our hospital, he was experiencing soreness and occasional lameness. A thorough assessment revealed mild to moderate restrictions in his hips. These hip issues caused him to compensate and overload a front limb, resulting in lameness in that limb and affecting his overall movement and performance.
Working closely with his owner, our goal has been to support Brad's long-term health and fitness, helping him continue participating in the sport he enjoys while aging comfortably and gracefully using natural and integrative remedies. To address areas of myofascial tightness and improve his functional movement, Brad has received a combination of chiropractic adjustments, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy, acupuncture, and several others.
Through ongoing care and regular monitoring, these therapies help maintain Brad's mobility, comfort, and performance, allowing him to stay active in agility while supporting his overall well-being as he ages.
As of June of 2026, Brad has shown great results, no longer showing any detectable signs of the problem and has won multiple awards including:
- Rally Excellent Title
- Advanced Scent Work Title (Spring Hay Bales)
- Agility Open Jumpers Title (Summer theme)

We are so happy to see his improvement. Congratulations Brad!
