"When I first met you guys I wasn't feeling very good. I was an active 10 month old beagle who had more energy than I knew what to do with. My dad thought he had given me a bone that made me feel sick. He also told the doctor that I had eaten part of the towel that I sleep on. The doctor said there was a chance that the piece of towel was stuck inside me. After the x-rays didn't show anything for sure the doctor sent me home with medicine and said to come back if I started feeling bad again.
Unfortunately I got sicker that night. After spending the night in the emergency hospital I came back to see you guys again. The doctor wanted to do another set of x-rays to see if I was backed up from the towel. This time the picture of my insides showed that there might be something stuck in me.
The doctors said there was a good chance that if I had surgery I could get back to normal. They were right! After a pretty big surgery to remove the towel and a week of recovering I feel GREAT! The doctors and staff at Angel Animal Hospital took good care of me and I can't thank them enough!"
(A note to other puppy Mom's and Dad's out there, keep those towels out of our crates! They are warm but just too tempting not to eat!)
